TBNETSYS® is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of persons with disabilities.
Legal framework: as a sole proprietorship, TBNETSYS® is not subject to the obligations set out by French Decree No. 2019-768 of 24 July 2019 (which covers public administrations, public-service delegates and businesses with an annual turnover exceeding €250 million). This statement is published on a voluntary basis, as part of a transparency and continuous-improvement approach.
Compliance status
The website www.tbnetsys.fr is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1.2. Some identified or potential non-conformities are listed below.
Test results
Assessment is carried out by self-evaluation of the publisher, with no external audit to date. No formal compliance percentage can therefore be claimed with the rigour of a full RGAA audit. A structural review of the page templates (Hugo layouts, partials and shortcodes) has been performed, along with a reading of the HTML generated for the main pages.
Non-accessible content
Identified non-conformities
- Auto-playing animated logo: the logo displayed in the header is a video set to
autoplay loop muted, which may disturb users sensitive to motion and offers no pause control (RGAA criterion 4.8 and WCAG 2.2.2). A static image fallback is served if video playback fails, but theprefers-reduced-motionuser preference is not yet honoured. - Drop-down menu button (“hamburger”): the
aria-expandedattribute is not dynamically updated to reflect the open/closed state of the mobile menu (RGAA criterion 7.1). - Colour contrast: the colour palette derived from the theme (shades of green on a light background) has not been systematically checked against WCAG AA contrast (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for graphical elements).
Disproportionate-burden exemptions
None to date.
Content not subject to the accessibility obligation
- Media hosted on third-party platforms and accessed via external links.
- Office documents published before 23 September 2018 (where applicable).
